Brainstorming with AI

Hello Creative Connoisseurs^.

Brainstorming and ideation is one, if not THE biggest advantage of using AI in my workflow.

Putting AI brainstorming at the very beginning of my visual storytelling workflow, makes the whole workflow much quicker and easier.

The real time rendering of AI allows me to explore many concepts and ideas quickly. Finding the specific mood and atmosphere I want for the story. It gives my next steps of actually fleshing out the story much more direction and intention.

This is not just for my individual work, but also while working in a team.

Having a video call on discord and generating images, allows each team member to give feedback in real time. We can look for references online, and use them as image prompts with AI.

“Let’s try this with a frontal shot, let’s try a different lighting, let’s see some smiling faces, etc.”

We brainstorm and build the world on the spot, getting more and more immersed in it.

I find this visualization step extremely valuable before moving forward and actually creating the elements of our story.

I’ve always enjoyed brainstorming and AI takes it to another level of immersion and worldbuilding.
